Whole Brain Approach

The Whole Brain Approach

In order to live a balanced, meaningful, and creative life that is full of connected relationships, it is crucial for our two hemispheres of the brain to work together.  Connecting the pathways that help these hemispheres "talk" to one another within our brain allows for a fully integrated individual.

We use evidence based methods to access both the left and right brain. Doing this through a variety of techniques allows you to thrive and experience the your best version of yourself.

How We Do It

We compile the latest science behind the brain with the wealth of information that has been proven on effective individual and family mental health, to design programs that will meet your needs.

Why It Works

In terms of development, young children are right-hemisphere dominant.  They have not quite mastered the ability to use logic and words to express their feelings, and they live their life completely in the moment.  Adults often become left-hemisphere dominant, using the logical, rational part of the brain to understand situations and can be more focused on the future.  This disconnect can be troubling for both the individuals experiencing these realities and their families alike.  By using techniques that enhance the relationship between the hemispheres of the brain themselves, families can connect in a whole new way.
